Response to false and hurtful claims

In regards to the allegations posted on a non-traceable site. (Farms of shame) commenting upon the welfare issues of our dogs and breeding practices. These are all vehemently refuted and these slanderous and hurtful postings have been reported to Dyfed Powys Police and our solicitors.

These spurious claims are being investigated as a criminal offence under the Malicious Communications Act of 2003. Any further such malicious claims that are posted will be forwarded onto the investigating officer. All defamatory comments will be dealt with to full extent of the law and proceedings taken against persons making any such comments. The welfare of our dogs is of paramount importance to not only our business, but to us personally and all such claims are vehemently refuted.
